Return/Exchanges

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from SOHAYCO. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Final Sale – No Refunds

All sales made through SOHAYCO, whether online or in-store, are final.
No refunds, reversals, or monetary reimbursements shall be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Eligibility

SOHAYCO may, at its sole discretion, permit an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

a. The original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented;
b. The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage;
c. All original tags, labels, and accessories remain intact and attached.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions shall render the product ineligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Valuation

In the event an item was purchased during a sale, promotion, or markdown period, any approved exchange shall be processed only at the discounted price paid, regardless of subsequent price changes.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

a. Products that show signs of use, wear, misuse, or alteration;
b. Promotional or clearance items;
c. Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry, undergarments, handbags, sunglasses, and belts;
d. Items presented for exchange during active sale or promotional periods.

5. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Claims relating to damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within the following timeframes:

Online purchases: Within three (3) days of delivery.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe shall result in the claim being declined.

6. Processing Time

All exchange requests and claims are subject to verification and may require up to three (3) weeks for processing. SOHAYCO reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request at its discretion.

7. Right to Refuse Exchange

SOHAYCO reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this Policy, or where fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy abuse is suspected.
